A sparkling combination

Steffen Sonnwald, an haute cuisine genius and awarded with 16 Gault Millatu points, is considered to be one of Germany’s 100 best chefs. As a founding member of the popular chef association “Junge Wilde e.V.” (The young wild ones) he of course came up immediately with a creative cookery idea for the recently introduced RICH Rosé.

The quality is right and that is what Steffen Sonnwald inspired to work with the RICH Rosé. The fruity-tasting sparkling wine appeals to the young generation. With the beverage’s strong aroma of pale Raboso grapes the recipe was created in Sonnwald’s mind immediately.

 

RICH – Recipe

Papaya Strawberry Shake with kefir and Rich Prosecco

  • 1 long drink glass
  • ¼ papaya
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 ½ tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. chopped mint
  • ½ cup kefir
  • 0.2 l Rich Prosecco
  • Crashed ice


Mix the papaya and the strawberries with the brown sugar and the kefir and add some of the crashed ice and mint. Top it up with Rich Prosecco and you may garnish it with berries on a little skewer.
